I am in the same boat. I feel lucky that I can still work but it’s so unbelievably hard to keep going day after day. I know I present to the world as if I’m ok, which makes it hard for people to understand. I’m lucky, I have fantastic support from my husband and children

I am not sure people will ever truly understand. I think the most we can ask for is acceptance and belief when we say things. Because they can't really help with the pain, but being believed can mean the world.

I’m living proof too. An example today, had an observation (I’m a teacher) feel like death & really struggling, my headteacher ‘you’d never have known you’re ill’ now at home & not moving from the sofa!
