The wind forecast is set to be above safe levels tomorrow, so the gardens and outlets will be closed to visitors on Saturday 10th August. 🌪 We expect to be open as usual on Sunday. 😁

Unfortunately the Barn Cafe will be closed on weekdays this month, but there will be limited service on the weekends. We apologise that, because of this, there may be a longer waiting time at busy periods for food and drinks from Winthrop's Cafe.

Our Easter fun starts today! Join us for two weeks of nature inspired activities and this year, no chocolate! Running from 13 April to the 28, £3 each child. Decorating our Easter tree is just one of the activities you can take part in!

Alex's plant of the week: Fritillia persica which has come into flower in the Wilderness. The fritillary is a member of the lily family, and originates from the Middle East region. After some trouble flowering in recent years, we are really pleased to see it's purple flowers!
