Cabba and Caulifla identify Kale as the "legendary Saiyan". A "demon Saiyan" like this appears once every 1,000 years. Once they start rampaging, their ever-increasing power will eventually lead to their own destruction. So they try to stop Kale before she dies.

Vegeta calls Kale's form an extreme example of a transformation that relies on power. So her attacks are strong but the Pride Troopers predict her movements and gain the upper hand. Vegeta: "Power is pointless if you can't hit your opponent" (a callback to Goku's Cell arc quote)

In this version, Caulifla stole the Potara because they looked valuable, and doesn't know what they are. It wasn't a plot by Champa, but once he sees she has them he tells her to use them. Vados worries this will get them disqualified, but Champa says it's their only hope to win.

Of course, in the end the Omni-Kings have zero problem with their use of the Potara: "Fusion? Awesome!"

Clearly you ignored the part in the same Manga chapter where SSJ Kale one shotted both of the Universe 6 Namekians (characters who you have said at one point were stronger than Kefla) and also one shotted Anilaza (Kale eliminated Universe 2, 3, 4, and 10).

So... Kale´s Legendary Super Saiyan is not the big thing, at least with her. Maybe Broly is another thing

freezer and confident were very confident and they do not think, but this manga shows that goku, vegeta ( maybe freezer) are strongers and they forms are more effective than a Legendary form.

So shes too slow? Or predictable? Or both? Sounds too much like SSJ Grade 3 but more ‘extreme’. Not sure I like this.

I think it's more about Kale being overwhelmed by her own "ever-increasing power". As strong as she is, her body can't withstand that power for long without hurting her in the process. So the longer she fights the worse for her.
