I lose interest too, but lately it’s become an obsession to better myself mind, body, & soul. I’m just tryna make me a better version of myself so that best me can help others and give back to everyone around me. Apply what I learn and share what I learn.

That’s the beauty of it- not having it all together. I don’t have it all figured out. I’m just learning as we all do as we go. Enjoying the process is the best part. Faith is believing you’ve already reached your goal-fake it til you make it 🤯😁 lol i can go on forever

Ex 2. Instead of stressing about not finishing a book or complete project right away- I try and do at least 1 small thing for it everyday or read 1 page of wtvr I’m reading. It’s all about the small goals to reach that big one. Building daily habits first.

ex. I’ve been struggling with not snoozing in the morning. Instead of making myself expect to change overnight I tried incorporating small habits like meditating when I wake up & writing in my gratitude journal 1st thing basically make it a goal to do 3xs a week. Not everyday
