Should still be conservation officers which I am all for just think there has to be an element of being fit for a modern use and cost effective would we rather see greenfield used for development or old building sites taking up space in high density areas

Completely agree with this and also the overly stringent rules on impact on listed buildings or development in a conservation area! I am all for control on this but with sense applied not computer says no attitude
