I was heartened by 2016 research that most ethnic minorities are *less* likely to have under-predicted grades. Still more to do on economically disadvantaged students. If this isn't what the research says then do shout.

Final photo from travels. Just 2 days left on visa waiver; bans visitors from tomorrow (where we were due to fly back from end-March); and requiring 14 days self-isolation. Flying back to London.
