Fascinating, how are gaining ground! Who would still invest in for today? Such a high risk of ending up with stranded assets!

The Trump administration's proposal would have closed off 80 percent of the White House sidewalk for protesters, imposed new limits on spontaneous demonstrations, and opened the door to charging fees for protesting.

Reminder: Wildfires are often fought by people who are incarcerated, and in return for their life saving efforts are denied the opportunity to become fire fighters when they come home. Remember ALL of the first responders.

Great to see and reporting on this - BUT everyone keeps missing a key issue - *groundwater* rising along coasts can DOUBLE the amount of land that floods, and wreak havoc on underground infrastructure. Walls and levees *won't* prevent that. 1/2

GM, Toyota, and Fiat should know better than this. The American auto industry should be leading the way to reduce emissions, not siding with the Trump administration to further pollute our communities.

Late last year, revealed Johnson & Johnson knew for decades that asbestos lurked in its Baby Powder — and kept that knowledge from consumers. The consequence for the company’s CEO? A $20.1 million compensation package.

In California, incarcerated people are risking their lives battling wildfires for $1/hour. Yet these same people are barred from firefighting after release. It’s wrong. If you can save lives serving a sentence, you can save lives when you’re released.

I gave up on not offending big donors and giant corporations a long time ago—because when we have big ideas, we get out there and fight for them. I'm not afraid, and for Democrats to win in 2020, you can't be afraid, either. That’s how we'll make real change.

Good. Now it's time to end all ICE contracts with private detention providers. No one should profit off of our inhumane immigration policies.

PG&E just turned off power to my mom’s house. I am pretty confident she will be safe, but that slight worry rising in my chest right now—that’s what climate change is going to feel like for so many. We’re losing the bedrock security our societies need but took for granted.
