DOJ and ICE announce that 300 workers arrested in the Miss. ICE op have been released from custody. ICE officials say they released parents who had minor children at home and that it "it is believed that all children were with at least one of their parents as of last night."

One family impacted by this operation confirmed w/ me that individuals were asked about whether they had kids at home and they were given cell phones to make calls.

This whole thing stinks to me. Koch Foods settled discrimination suits just last year and paid like 4mil to Hispanic workers. And now they aren’t being charged in their role of employing these undocumented workers? Why?? Did they cut a deal? 🤔
