is hosting checkpoints during November to prepare drivers for winter. We are checking MVI stickers, tires, wipers and headlights. We found a fake MVI sticker and bald tires at our most recent checkpoint. Stay safe and prepared for winter road conditions.

Let’s talk winter road safety before the snow falls. How are your tires? suggests you install snow tires to improve your traction in the snow and ice. Always be sure your tires are properly inflated and you have plenty of tread. 🚔❄️🚗

Officer William had one of the best costumes this eve. William asked if he could keep Sgt Marinelli's hat cause it completed his outfit...sadly, he had to settle for chips, chocolate and a 🙌.

Given the "RDF" this eve, reminder for motorists to slow down & watch for excited kiddos. That also goes for the walkers/runners in costumes as well, be careful when crossing roads, use a crosswalk & look both ways. Lets make it an enjoyable night for all 🤡👻👾👸🧚‍♀️🧜‍♀️👼🐵🐓🐸🎃

As long as it is valid. It's cheaper to get a temp permit (which is valid for 30 days) than a plate & register for the 2 years.
