Cycle of Change today & Women's group. Some great input & some fab ideas for positive changes - reduce alcohol intake, improve relationships, eat healthier & get fit. Plans in place for all. 💪😀👋🙂

At for a catch up this morning on probationary work in Hull. Luck enough to be able to peruse the award winning prison art on display while I waited.

“We are the only service in the UK I know of which is providing autism-specific work in the community to people supervised by a CRC. I am immensely proud of the work we are doing alongside HIOW CRC to provide bespoke support to our service users.”
