Nobody should pay attention to such calls. Just hang up and report to police. If the caller does not allow to hang up switch off the phone for some time.

This needs to be reported to police. High Commission keeps alerting people about such calls. High Commission never calls anybody asking for money. Neither do any other government authorities. Please create awareness and help students.
