I do hope you're aware of the attempt to change your party's policy on should Dr Sexton get elected. There's an orchestrated pro campaign going on in Solihull, bizarrely one of the worst affected places along the line which is abhorred by all residents

We may all be weathering the same storm of Covid-19 but we are not all in the same boat. This cannot be another crisis which hits the most vulnerable the hardest. We must provide protection for everyone.

Lots wrong with these planning proposals. Weakening the voice of local people & councils over decisions Developers donations to the Tories come at a price. BUT zero carbon homes by 2050! 30 effing years! We can build them now. Ludicrous!

One irony of the Planning White Paper. It talks about using the latest digital tech so people can meaningfully engage with planning. But the paper itself is a hard-to-read landscape PDF, with questions embedded in the text and an invitation to email them your comments 🤔

On this day in 1945 an atomic bomb was dropped on , killing over 100,000 people. Three days later, another fell on , killing 45,000. Due to the catastrophic consequences nuclear weapons pose, we reaffirm our commitment to achieving a world free of such arms.

This powerful piece depicts the terrible despair, so many messages which poured in last night from friends in Beirut’s resilient long-suffering population. Devastating, senseless destruction & incomprehensible loss. Please donate. Links on my TL.
