Bad perf… CTO tricks in non-CTO cases. Guideliner-not just for ADR hematoma management. Arrest, STEMI, eccentric Ca+, 🎈 unexpandable, 4 runs of orbital, 2.5mmNC at 14atm (then perf!). Already had guideliner-- delivered GL deep to attenuate inflow, quick exchange to papyrus.
