For too long, our county has shown apathy and indifference to the racism faced by black Americans. This must change. We can no longer be silent in the face of the systematic racism that black people experience and we must take actions to stop the violence.

The police officer directly responsible for Mr. Floyd's death needs to be prosecuted for murder and the other officers present and allowing that happen need to be prosecuted as accessory to murder.
