The demo suggests "For all new pixel phones later this year" so I am guessing it's first getting rolled out to the pixel 4 and then the older pixel phones and then other android phones.

But what makes you think I want to be speaking to my phone? Assistant should concentrate on those use-cases where hand holding your phone is not desirable like while driving or performing secondary tasks.
