Its diabetes awareness month. Its ok to go on a moderate carbs diet with bulked fibre if you're diabetic, but not on a very low carbs diet (15g per day). Thats really outrageous😲😲 Speak to a dietitian about your diet and not a road side nutritionist.

Type 1: 90% of the body's collagen. Made of densely packed fibres. It provides structure to the skin, teeth, fibrous cartilage and tendons. Type 2: more loosely packed fibres. It provides cushion for your joints. Type 3: supports the structure of muscles, organs and arteries.
