🍉There is actually nothing mystical about carbs (or insulin) that causes excess fat gain or hunger. 🍊 Every other nutrient provided the body with calories. Protein give 4kcals/g, fat gives 9kcal/g, fibre gives 3.5kcals/g and alcohol gives 7kcals/g. So why should carbs be 😈?
