You should also add an omega3 supplement to it. Vitamin b12: very little amounts contained in plant sources. You can try fortified soy milk, breakfast cereal and soy products. Iron: plant sources include beans (soya, pinto, kidney, lentils), broccoli, kale.

Following a VEGAN DIET really isnt a problem, you just need to know how to carefully plan in order to get adequate nutrients. Be sure these nutrients are included while doing it: Omega 3s: plant source include flaxseed, walnuts, peanuts.

Try adding sources of vitamin c for better absorption. Zinc: sources include whole grains, legumes, potatoes, nuts and seed. Make sure these nutrients are adequately supplied while on a vegan diet. 😊😁

So if you really want a good detox, you really need to reduce : ✔ use of bleaching creams ✔ processed foods ✔ heavy make ups ✔ drug abuse. Not going all the way to drink detox teas, strictly veggies and fruits diet and lemon/lime water😊😊
