If you have a HERO4 or any later camera model (except the HERO5 Session or the HERO 2018), you can just buy the drone. You may have to search online or locally for drone availability as we do not sell them anymore. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback. Great to know that your camera is updated. If it has not been manually updated though, you may try doing it. Also, make sure you are using a recommended SD card. Some users suggest that turning off the Auto Low Light feature also gets rid of freezing.

Hello Matt. The issue with crashing upon adding a photo is already resolved. If you haven't yet, update to the latest version of Quik app for mobile, clear cache on the app on your phone settings, then restart your device. This should get rid of the crashing. Thanks!

Hello Dennis. If the auto upload has already been set, it should be able to upload all media to the GoPro Plus cloud. Uploading via GoPro App is another way of doing the upload. See for details on methods of adding media to the cloud.

Sorry to hear about it. When the camera shuts down, it automatically saves whatever it was recording prior to the shutdown. Have you tried viewing the content on a different device? Which SD card are you using? Do you get an error message when you try to access its contents?
