Our Domain Broker Team agents are the only ones that can cancel and refund this service. You may email domainbuy@godaddy.com and advise them this was purchased in error, has no bidding information submitted, and you'd like to cancel and receive a refund for the service. ^T

Do you know if your name was listed as the registrant owner of the domain name? If so, you may want to submit a change of request form through to have the domain name moved into a customer account you do have access and control over. ^CG
