Ian Miller's Rib Recipe (3/4)  Directions: - Take a spoonful of each dry ingredient - Mix everything in a bowl - Spread mix onto ribs - Smoke for about 3-4 hours in a smokerOR bake at 250 degrees for 4-5 hours
