I felt sick hearing trump mock Dr Ford at his rally yesterday, I feel sick every day thinking of the children they’ve traumatized and won’t ever reunite. I feel sick every day from this administration. Are his supporters heartless? Someone explain this to me.

Catching up on tv things. Highly recommend the 2 part documentary really poignant & important piece for all whoever you are on the issues/experiences around modern anti-semitism, Israel/Palestine & Hummus! Superb

Attended first creative writing class in ages as part of local diversity week. Inspiring times exploring themes of wellbeing, belonging and community. There was even a guided meditation session in the middle

I saw that! Think that’s probably wise. I have absolutely adored it right from the start. And it’s amazing how caught up I can get in an episode then forget the other stories going on with the characters. Just tugs all the emotions
