Thanks for your reply, I have emailed and had to spend more of my time on complaining. Perhaps you should just get a manager to sort these things out face to face at the time instead of only listening to me when I come onto social media.

The actual hotel is really good and there are loads of facilities but they let themselves down. 50 minute wait for breakfast on Saturday morning and the awful meal I wouldn’t recommend it after my stay :(

Not fresh, tasteless, the photo of the extra side of ‘garnished roasted vegetables’ that were like warm is and bland were possibly the worst things I’ve eaten in a restaurant. Finished and asking for the bill at 8.05???

had the most underwhelming, disappointing eating experience tonight in your Meikle restaurant! Our table was booked for 7.30 and we ordered sea bass, by 7.40 we had been served food that had obviously been sitting on a hot plate.

don’t use this company! I have paid almost a month ago and haven’t even received an order number ... customer services are dreadful and just ignore me! £46 gone and nothing in return ... not even an email saying sorry! Don’t waste your time or money!! Total sham

I have Sent DM. I would also like a copy of your complaint procedure too so I can escalate this to the ombudsman. I have already phoned your complaints dept. and I feel the correct procedure was not followed because of the high volume of calls related to unlocking they receive 🤨

So your customer services, shop , complaints etc. Couldn’t do anything apart from fill the form in again. What can you do different to all of your colleagues? Can you escalate and let me speak directly to the NUC team?

nucresolutions@help.vodafone.co.uk you have to email here. This is the only way to contact them. No one in Vodafone can help. I have been in the shop, online chat, phoned customer services and the complaints line! Everyone said they can’t help!!

Basically Vodafone have outsourced it to a 3rd party. No one in vodafone can phone the NUC dept. It’s a shambles and it should not be allowed. We are entitled to unlock our phones. What you are doing must be agaist some consumer act.

It’s an absolute disgrace. Been trying to unlock my phone for my stepdaughter. I have been a customer for 11 years to Vodafone, still am and they are telling me to use a dime for 30 days! Won’t unlock my phone. Tried to raise complaint so can take to ombudsman as this is corrupt!

I’m having horrific service. Customer for 11 years and you won’t unlock my old phone so I can give it to my stepdaughter! I’ve visited the shop, been on phone all morning, been on you Chatline ... 3 weeks and I’m honestly in tears here with you, it’s that frustrating!!

Brunstane to South Gyle journey.. 20 minutes... more like 1.5 hours and a £21 taxi fare on top. why let us wait on the platform for 25 mins then tell us ON the train you aren't going to the destination!! shambles!
