Google automl tables was demoed today by Gad Benram. Using only 2000 records from DoiT's service desk it was able to predict with 59% accuracy who should an incoming service request be routed to. This was achieved in 5 hours and without work on the feature set.

One of the reasons I'm eagerly waiting for a good replacement for Jenkins. Who knows how many Jenkins servers are not upgraded because it will break the builds that are running on them. 🤷‍♂️
