Another benefit of having more than one game is we will automatically be able to attract a more diverse pool of applicants. And there are parts of the org where LoL knowledge is more or less useful.

My point was that we will always have fewer female applicants if we expect a high degree of familiarity with LoL. We do want female applicants. But we also know how helpful LoL familiarity is. Those two things are somewhat at odds and we need to be clever about how we solve them.

It’s a competitive game and people can channel their frustration in inapporpriate ways. That’s not to excuse it. I find you can still get 70%ish of the communication needed to strategize if you mute everyone’s chats.
