Just some guy that never has enough time to enjoy & finish Dragon Quest Builders or Toukiden Kiwami. (current big fan of Tokyo Xanadu)

Finished reading Yoko Ogawa’s novel, “The Housekeeper and The Professor”. Such a simple yet elegant story. I enjoyed the dynamic between the professor and Root. Or mathematics & baseball. The ending was sublime, I will definitely be checking more of Ogawa’s works in the future.

Got my hands on my first Yoko Ogawa novel, “The Housekeeper and The Professor”. Mixed feelings about it so far, was expecting a touching love story, instead found a recap of my math classes; from 3rd grade all the way to senior highschool. How much math can one novel have?!?!

Currently reading “Snap” by Belinda Bauer. After getting one of her other books a few years back, “The Beautiful Dead”, which became an instant favorite of mine, I had to get another one of her crime novels. So far so good!

It doesn’t, surprisingly enough, although it does keep time whenever the story progresses. After the first two dungeons you can play them all again whenever you want to grind&loot. Talking to key ppl advances the story, so technically, no time limit. Plenty of side-quests too. :)

Finally started playing Tokyo Xanadu. Such an amazing game with a lot of Persona vibes. Big open world concept, action packed, an intricate story with a platitude of options for upgrades & quests. I love it! You can even read “books”. Perfection for the PS Vita. <3

Who the hell keeps buying all of Keigo Higashino’s works from my country? LOL. I finally decided to buy more of his novels after reading “Newcomer”, but then they go out of stock. Other site’s sell at absurd prices...oh well, at least I bought “Malice”, Detective Kaga ~ IKUZO! :D

It’s good to see that people are still playing SAO games. I thought they got meme’d into the ground a few years back but its nice to see they’re still going strong. Would’ve liked a similar genre for re:Zero or other mainstream anime, but oh well. Japan, its your loss.

As for the anime, I am also trying to catch up with the newest season, only seen the first few episodes of it, but I feel like they’re sorta milking it at this point. The previous season was good, this one its stupid how the main enemy keeps coming back. Just move on already!

Yeah, I know. It’s sad to see handheld gaming die as a whole. Gaming apps will never be on par imo. I know that Nintendo is still going strong but despite the hype, I always liked the games on PSX more.

Cool. Are you also watching the Alicization anime? Any thoughts? Or have you played Alicization Lycoris? Sadly they didn’t bring it on the ps vita.

Finally playing Accel World vs SAO. While I do love the Accel anime & characters, the game is so poorly made. You can tell it was a cash-grab. Although it’s making me wanna revisit the other SAO games: hollow fragment, hollow realization and lost song. All equally fun. >.>

Started reading “Descendant of the crane” by Joan He. Original story of chinese military strategies & social constructs with an adventure feel to it. Passage 3.4.2 - “Justice is a muscle. Without faith it weakens. Without use it decays. Without challenges it does not strengthen.”

It’s nonsensical. On one side you have “intellectuals” complaining about how people no longer read books but on the other hand, who’s dumb enough to forfeit an entire month’s worth of resources dedicated to buying essential foods just so they could read JUST 4-5 DAMN BOOKS? lol

Eastern Europe. Books are just slightly more expensive than the west for a local profit margin, but noone takes into account the economy of each country. In the US you could feed yourself with 20-30$ for a few days (an average book cost) but here that money can feed you a week.

Books are so expensive nowadays. I can understand why bookstores are always empty with barely any sales. The cost becomes even more absurd when you’re from a poorer country. The price for an average book is enough to feed a person for a few days. And japanese books are insane $_$

First poor attempt at an origami corner bookmark, fox model. Don’t have glue to put the ears on top. The purple heart nose is a bonus. Oh well, at least I tried. lol

Just finished reading “The Deathless Girls” by Kiran Millwood Hargrave. A lovely & easy to read origin story about the brides of Dracula. An interesting approach, especially since she took notice of Bram Stoker’s description of the girls & expanded upon the lore. Great job!

Gonna start working on some origami projects soon. I might as well vent my anger on something productive for a change. It’s been a while.

Can all of you idiots at STOP patting each other on your backs for like 2 secs & address THE ON-GOING THREAT alongside & of the organized petty cybercrime made up of local scammers? It’s been growing for the past couple of years at an alarming rate.

The back of my building is THE ONLY FUCKING PLACE in this entire city (I checked) where you have groups of dumb whores gathering every night until dawn to chat loudly & Romanian laughs all sound like baby goats getting strangled to death that can even pierce my soundproof windows
