😃 Aim to ride your first effort as good as your last. So, keep the Z4 controlled (as much as you can) then step on it for the Z5 work. Push to the line 👊

Your feedback matters. You mentioned that SPOK’D needs to be an app, so you can easily access the platform from your phone and here it is. Plus it means no excuses to miss a session now 😀. SPOK’D is nothing without your support (big ❤️). There is still a lot more to come 🚀

That sense of satisfaction of when you conquered your first mountain. The story you told that evening of the suffering. The beauty of cycling.

Rides help - day 3: A good cycling buddy can be invaluable. Someone you trust & who knows about your depression/anxiety is good to have. Talking is good but sometimes you may just need to ride out with no questions. ✌🏾

The rate of improvement does calm down unfortunately, but the key now is to stay consistent and enjoy riding the bike to see further improvements 😀

Don't be the best, be YOUR best 👊⁣⁣⁣ Holding an attitude of being "the best" can lead to an itch you can never satisfy. Becoming YOUR best on the other hand, is about focusing on yourself. SPOK'D is a tool that can help you become your best. Why not give it a try?⁣⁣⁣
