ROPE CLIMBS AND GLUTES?? YES PLEASE!! 🍑🍑 I got this awesome idea from a short while back, and did these with pull-ups. Today I decided to do the same with rope climbs. I am making a HUGE point of playing more in my workouts, and rope climbs accomplish just that.
