I don't even know what a neobank is, and I'm definitely not a fintech expert. Just a user who appreciates modern, well-designed systems.

Let's just say that half of their UI looks like it was designed on a typewriter. I'm happy to give credit where credit's due, and Up bank certainly deserves the credit.

Wow. Just had to assist a friend with onboarding with another branchless, 'modern' bank. Their process, user interface and app feel like they were designed circa 1997. Made me appreciate 's slick, effortless app. Please congratulate your UX/UI team, Up!

holy cow, I'm in love with your app and whole setup. Within minutes I'd opened an account, Osko'd money in and was transacting via Google Pay. Signed, your new raving fan.

I was elated to see your announcement that Osko payments are now available. I was sorely disappointed to see that, unlike every other financial institution that I deal with, you haven't implemented PayID, Is this coming?

Nice. Any word on a fix for that Android sorting bug, where tasks with notes appear above higher priority tasks without notes?

Hi team. There seems to be a bug on Android: items with a non-empty note sort to the top of the list, regardless of priority, due date or star status. I've never noticed this in the past (in my long-term usage since before there was even an Android app). Help?

@ToddW_Logitech I'm on my fourth generation of Harmony remotes. Increasingly more expensive each time. This will be my last unless local API access is restored.

just got awesome customer service at Loganholme store. Tried to buy my daugher a fitness watch at competitor across the road. They weren't interested in offering service at all. Your ladies went above and beyond in helpfulness and friendliness. Sold!

very happy customer here with multiple banking products for over 10 years. However, your lack of commitment to NPP and Android Pay will probably have me looking elsewhere shortly. A timeline, at least, would be very welcome.

I've tried two computers, and three separate browsers, but none of your contact forms have been working for me. I'm trying to track down a package that apparently hasn't moved from Granville NSW in ten business days.

thank you, thank you, thank you! I'd checked the tutorials - no mention. So glad that feature is still there and still easy to use!

loving the android beta (used 2do ever since the 3G iPhone). How do I set task priority when creating a new task?
