There was a "mass shooting" here at a mall 10 or so years ago. The casualties were very low because people who conceal carry legally, immediately stalked the shooter who panicked hid in a store and commited suicide before the police arrived. Home invasions are also unknown.

Out of the tens of millions of rifles in the US, a handful were misused by crazy people. That is not a reason to collect the tens of millions of rifles not misused from law abiding people. It is not normal to think laws will protect you.

Gold Futures (GCQ19) 2 of 2 After consolidation, a second breakout occurs in mid June and goes 83 points before a pullback. Today we have a breakout of a bull flag and a second measured move of 83.

Gold Futures (GCQ19) 1 of 2 Breakouts with clear "legs" lend themselves to measured move estimates. In early June we had a breakout +74 points until a pullback. Followed by another move of 74 points to end the second leg.

Can the Fed really cut rates with stocks at new highs? Going back to 1980, they've done it 17 times (SPX within 2% of new highs). A year later? The S&P 500 was higher all 17 times.

I need an App to know, who, what and why I'm boycotting. The app needs to list sourcing alternatives plus, most importantly, example Tweets and Facebook posts for virtue signalling my world.

When this case gets to the Supreme Court, I hope Justice Roberts looks into the hearts of Coloradans to determine the purity of their motivations.

Not sure Ms Warren has her facts right. Couples filing jointly pay more than individuals filing separately. That's why it's called the "marriage penalty".

Gold Futures (GC front month) 1Week The dramatic 8/16/18 low that tested both diagonals looks safe for now but who knows with gold? Price up +10% since late May. A pull back seems in order, but to where? 1365 ? The next swing high to take out is Aug 2013.

1Day 1 of 2 The yellow diagonal dates to April 2010; touches Dec 2014 and many subsequent points. It'is the LT trend line and precipitates support and resistance when price draws near. A pull back is likely - a higher low would be an orderly consolidation.

Russell 2000 (IWM) 1Day Fib retrace serving as support and resistance. Monday's rally pulled back at the 61.8 retrace level as was the case going back to March. Breakout past the 157 level would be very bullish.
