Let's try deleting the software update from the Edge (as it may be corrupted). The following article details how to delete folders: You'll want to delete the NewFiles and RemoteSW folders. After that, you can download the update again. -OA

I apologize for the confusion. The calibration option will disappear after it's performed. You do have the option to reset the watch: Are the watch's calorie estimates inaccurate? -OA

Hmm, so the triangle appears once you hit the start for the run, but you already have an indication that GPS has locked on? What happens if you hit the start button again? Does it show you that the battery is dead? \tw/

Thanks, Alex. Since I don't find anything in our open tickets, I'd like to give you the contact information for our technical agents. This may be something they are familiar with & if not, something they need to look into. Here's a direct link \tw/

That's really, odd, Alex. We don't have any other reports of this. Which band are you using? Does this happen at every store with alarms? We aren't aware of anything that would do this, so the more detail we can get the better. \tw/ \tw/

Which application do you need, Sara? Are you trying to get Garmin Express or Connect Mobile? Let us know what you are trying to do and we will check on options. I know we do not have any apps in the Microsoft Store for anything. \tw/
