Can you please confirm that your GO discount card was used at the point of purchase? Extra discount is not offered on Price Guarantees, SALE items, WOW deals, multi buys or clearance. If your purchase does not fall under any of these, you will need to contact the Poole directly.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment. If the tent is faulty it will have to be returned back to store where one of our tent specialists will be able to inspect your tent thoroughly. Due to health & safety reasons your tent may not be accepted if it is wet, or excessively dirty

Hi Tara, unfortunately we no longer have the facilities to offer a store to store transfer service. If an item is unavailable for home delivery this means we do not have stock at our central warehouse. However, it will still show available online if any of our stores have stock

If you ordered before 8pm, usually your order will be available to collect an hour after placing the order. However, it’s best to wait for confirmation. If you still haven’t received a confirmation message by 12pm the following day, please contact your chosen store. Regards, SP
