Today we said farewell to Ken Blackie, husband of Jan, who supported and in so many ways over the years at local and national level. A lovely, kind and Christian man who I first met at ICGB in Thailand in 2002. A true gentleman.

Can I ask all Leaders to be aware of the Momo ‘suicide’ YouTube videos as we are hearing that some of our girls have been frightened by them. Despite requests these have not been taken down. Please reassure girls and advise parents if girls discuss this with you.

Today we said goodbye to our friend Elizabeth Tuton. The turnout showed how much she was loved and respected. The services conducted by Iain Macleod were a fitting tribute, and the singing was wonderful. We will miss her beyond measure.
