TAPoR has info on historical (now dead) tools. Between the NEH grant white papers and various once-live databases of projects (like DHCommons, itself RIP) I've got some haphazardly assembled lists of things that are likely to be mostly dead.

Closing questions: How do we make a digital humanities that centers social justice and the interests of marginalized communities? How do we acknowledge and confront our own complicity in technologies that threaten those communities?

Sending my children off to school with the amazing cycle to school. It'll be 5 times bigger by the time it gets there. (And yet, someone with a warped sense of entitlement sounds their horn & aggressively overtakes. Beeping kids off the road? Really??)

Hmmm, my query about this broad scope of keynote: is DH complicit in the production of algorithms? We are currently fighting (at SJSU) to have Humanists work w/the tech companies to code w/ethics & w/o the worst of human impulses
