Adding on to this - I have lots of tools and ideas and happy to share. I’m cautious about measuring too soon. Change doesn’t happen like a shot out of a pistol ( administrators like fast results)

Pre/post questionaires, observational analysis, the haiku as a qual eval tool - we can tell quite quickly if participants have started to apply the learning. In a larger intervention I will be measuring reduction in single day sick leave and self/team reported outcomes
