🏃 Higher ECCENTRIC (but not concentric) strength related to increased running economy. If there only existed a tool that allowed athletes to train this capacity in a simple way 😉

Yes, protein plays a role in hypertrophy, no it's not big. Effect almost assuredly mediated through leucine. Proteins that are low in leucine just don't cut it for muscle hypertrophy! Yes plant proteins work (if Leu high enough)

Would not be close to having the strength I have today without flywheel training. Allows me train harder, more often, more specific, unload or workaround problems etc and that has been key to a steady progression.

We think it can beneficial in many different settings, for different persons and goals. It is all about how you apply it. I’m an old gym guy myself, worked pretty good for me 😉

Canada actually being quite slow for us (vs US for example) but with increased uptake we definitely both want and need to go there.
