Sixth Grade Transition Day Date Change The 2019-20 Transition Day for incoming sixth grade students has been changed from Tuesday, Aug. 6 to Monday, Aug. 5. Please note, Transition Day for incoming freshman students will still be held on Aug. 6.

To help spread acceptance and understanding, Henderson Elementary hosted a Cultural Night on Friday, May 3. Parents and their families set up tables and booths to display items related to their heritage. In total, 12 countries were represented. Read more:

…Warren Elementary had the most growth in the state on the ACCESS for English Language Learners (ELL) test. The ACCESS for ELLs test is given annually to assess ELL students' language in listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
