80 year old man presents with severe hip claudication. Mid aortic circumferential lesion of 8mm, associated AAA. Unable to advance 18 FR sheath on right. IVL in Aorta, iliacs. Able to advance sheaths. Resolution of stenosis. Graft placed.

I would def do dapt for the first 6 months to ensure a safety window. I think after 6 months, if there is no evidence of early aggressive Isr you can consider stopping one agent.

I think it’s hard to know. It could have very well been the plavix holiday he was on. When he has the localized right sided event, it prompted the CT and US. The original carotid stent was performed by an OSP. I typically don’t leave them on plavix for life, unless early ISR.
