Dear Instagram, it would probably carry more weight when you try to get me to pay money to promote my posts when you say “this post is doing better than 95% of your recent posts” if you didn’t tell me that after EVERY. SINGLE. POST. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Wake up and do your damn jobs, and ! You are supposed to be enforcing the labeling laws that YOU put in place! There are newly diagnosed celiacs just starting to read labels for the first time and products mislabeled like this are extremely dangerous!

Celiac disease is sometimes called an invisible disease and for good reason.

Wonderful article by Debbie about how badly hospitals need to improve their foodservice for those with dietary restrictions!

Block that person. That’s utterly insane. You are one of the best, if not THE best advocates we have in the community right now. There is so much free and incredible information on your website. The research you do takes a lot of your time! Some people just amaze me. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Finding the right doctor who listens to you and works to treat the cause, not the symptom, is essential to your health.

This is so true! When I was hospitalized three years ago for SJS, my mother had to cook me meals in my apartment and bring them to the hospital in a cooler so the nurses could heat them up bcuz they couldn’t guarantee safe food from the hospital kitchen. Ridiculous! 🤦🏻‍♂️

After my celiac diagnosis in 2014, I developed multiple food intolerances all at once and they haven’t gone away since. Well, I’m tired of it. Read my latest post to see how I plan to win the foods I lost back:
