Getting poems together for my reading at BONK! on Saturday, including a couple of two-voice poems. Looking for another reader to join me in reading one of them. Maybe you. Maybe you'll be in or near Racine Saturday evening?

This is so important. If we overextend our energy to the point of exhaustion, there won't be anything left. Allow time for rest. Fill up your own well enough, so that you have energy for your own projects, as well as energy for helping others.

Thank you to the Visual Verse Editors for including my poem, "UNCONTAINED," in this month's issue! Love knowing that I can encourage readers to love ALL of the self. This is the year we must seek to be—uncontained.
