As before, we'd happily swap clear blue sky for a decent wad of your rain. You just have to package & send it for us

🤣 Enjoyed my little sit down. I am getting sick of rushing about. I did do some work there though.

No that's what I do when the kids don't put the bins out. All good this week.

Now all sons have left school, yes moving is possible - or at least extended trips away, once dog has 'left home' also.

Agree. Armchair experts... like to make out its easy, but none of them could run a chook raffle successfully.

Every time I drive out of town, every time, I remember your keen observation. You are right about where I belong. After working mad hours over the last 2 weeks, I've taken a few hours off to sit here and 'get bored'. But it hasn't happened yet. I don't want to leave 😆

If you can travel to North West Queensland right now, do it. Here's YOUR chair by the pool, all to yourself! (Except for me 🤣) 18-35c today, right now 27 & a beautiful breeze. Glorious! Ran a workshop here in yesterday; tomorrow.

It's depressing. Now if it was a parent in the kitchen making something for the kindy's last class of the year, with their child helping, now that would be useful! (Even if it turned out messy or barely inedible).

From what I've observed via school over the last 2 decades, it's mostly the mothers doing the carrying; literally & figuratively. Thinking they're doing a better job when in actual fact they're accidentally creating entitled narcissists.

Local Facebook group... someone is asking for someone who can make cup cakes for a....drumroll....kindy graduation'. By the time this child reaches 21, expectations will be in on a other planet
