i blew my own mind re: with the realization: 1) Richard Ford’s novel WILDIFE came out in 1990. 2) It’s set in 1960, 30 years earlier. 3) Movie comes out this week, 28 years after the novel. 4) Aaaaaaaand what 1960 was to 1990, 1990 is roughly to now 🤯
