SAM's cafe - Drop-in session 26 April. Pop into Fife's community cafe for a cuppa, a chat and connect with others. If you need some support with your mental health, SAM's is a safe place to access this. All welcome from 2 to 5pm at Linton Lane Centre, Linton Lane, Kirkcaldy

SAM’s café opened its doors to Fife communities today. The café is a safe place where people can pop in and get mental health support and information from support workers who understand that every day is different.
