England has 3 levels we have 5 did you not go to school 5 - 3 = 2. England will be adding a tier 4 shortly. They don’t have a tier which resembles normality which out zero is. We need these tiers as we have islands with nearly 0 cases hence level for these areas

Because the company who have the contract for the cards would need to be funded so example they extend cards by 6 months that’s 6 months revenue railcard ( actually company called journey call ) would lose there just a small business in Scotland
