I'm afraid you're going to need to contact the tech support team for this. Not something I can fix over social media. You can either raise a support ticket from your account (in the support section > "my support", or call in on 0333 0142 700 (option 1 then 1 again).

Try with the link. sometimes the webmail client doesn't like using the other route (webmail.domainname) that should work fine.

You can contact on that number given, If you press any of the buttons suggested (1,2 or 3 depending on your query) you will speak to a person. At most you may need to press one more option for correct team. But at the end of all of the options are teams ready to take your call.

The Captcha process is to prevent any brute forcing of login attempts by bots. While it may be another step to logging in, the benefits it provides in terms of account security mean that its not going to be removed for the foreseeable future.

Hi, The 0333 0142 700 is a local rate number - not a premium line. The only reason it's an 0333 is that it's not geographically linked. Kind Regards Andy

Hi Tom, Yep - we should be able to do that for you. If you give our billing team a call on 0333 0142 700, they can verify you on the phone and then move the billing date. If you can't call, fire an email to support@fasthosts.com from the email linked to your account. ^Craig

Hi, If you register for 1 year with the special offer of £3.99, normally it's followed up by a £9.99 renewal for the 2nd year (total £13.98) a year later. However, you can receive the discounted £10.99 price by registering for 2 years up front (£1 first year + £9.99 renewal)
