In order to close of any Hosting you have in your account, you'll need to give the Customer Care team a call. They're in Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 17:30 on 01452 561 858. They'll be able to sort that out for you.

That's it from me, and after 11 years of working in support, it's forever. I'm off to a new role elsewhere so I wish you all the best. My colleague, as always, will be along shortly. ^Joel.

Thought so. Thanks for clarifying. I'll pass on some feedback to those responsible as that should not be happening. Sorry for the ones that you have received. ^Joel.

Hi. I'm pretty sure that shouldn't be happening. Did you get one for each domain you added forwarding to by any chance? ^Joel.

OK. Have you added a request in your FH control panel for the domain? Sadly the actual process is a fixed time frame as it is overseen by the registry bodies so we cannot speed them up sadly. They will take the indicates times in the guide. ^Joel

Our Server SLA is in regards to server up-time, not on engineer response time. If you are looking into making a claim, you will need to create a ticket requesting this so that it can be taken into consideration, I cannot action anything over social media. ^Ethan
