Our engineers are working on bringing up the last few servers that are down. If you have a support ticket open then you will receive an email to confirm that's all done. Either way you'll see the servers come back online once the engineers are finished. Apologies for the outage.

currently we are investigating the root cause of this issue to see if it is the same as any previous. Our engineers are looking into that side of it at the moment.

Yes there was an outage that occurred. Our engineers are working on it currently. I would suggest creating a support ticket so that you can be contacted once its resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience.
