Eventbrite Help 9h
Replying to @haleyanne96
Hi Hayley, If you don't see the button to make a request, it's because the refund policy was set to 'no refunds. But don't worry - when an event is canceled you're always entitled to a refund. Instead, use the 'contact the organizer' button to send your request.

Unfortunately no, when you add a question it can only be added to that event. You can copy the event though, and a new draft will be created w/ that question. If you're using our new create experience, you'll see that option under the 'More' drop down in the upper right corner.

Hi Alexandra! If you just want to collect the state, you'll need to create a custom question. This should automatically be shown on the order form for everyone that registers. If you want to limit that, you can choose to only show that question for specific ticket types :)

We're sorry to hear this. It really depends on the event organizer. They are a 3rd party so we really don't have any insight into how long it may take them to get back to you unfortunately.

Subusers require a new Eventbrite account as an email address can't be tied to two Eventbrite accounts. A workaround would be that the person can provide a different email address, or they can close their account so that the email is freed up.

Hi Matthias. Thanks for getting in touch. It looks like this user already has an Eventbrite account registered at this address. Multi-user access can only be granted to addresses not already linked to Eventbrite.

Hi Brienne, The sale of user data is strictly against the Eventbrite Privacy Policy - you can read all about it here: If you believe an organizer has misused your registration information, please DM us your account email so we can investigate for you.

Hi Karolynmua, Sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the event. It doesn't appear to have been billed as a private event, but if you have any complaints, you can contact the organizer by following the steps below:

Hi Presley, Eventbrite is not a ticket resale platform, so we don't support the sale of tickets by anyone other than the event organizer. You can, however, contact the event organizer to request a refund or sell your ticket via a secure resale site like Tixel.
