Hello Herve, the strike action is ongoing since early March, but it has a varying impact day to day. This morning there is no major impact for departures from Paris. We advise anyone travelling from Paris to arrive at the time indicated on their tickets.

Good morning Kate, for avoidance of any confusion, Eurostar (a city centre to city centre foot passenger service) does not accept any animals on board our trains, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Each train has a cab for driving each end. On this occasion we have had to utilise the opposite cab to transport to Lille. We do not guarantee seting on trains due to this reason as well as train set swaps. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If his bag was taken away from him and put in another compartment on train he will need to speak to train manager. The train only stops at Ebbsfleet for 2 minutes and we do not have a despatch service which operates from there that unloads luggage.

Passengers carrying their own bags on to the train and placing on luggage racks will be able to take bags off at Ebbsfleet as they alight. However if he has excess luggage or registered luggage booked to travel with us this service only operates to London.

Onboard the outward service at 10:14 which is the Disney service, passengers receive a paper bag which contains a bottle of orange juice, a croissant, butter, jam and a yoghurt. The onboard catering staff come along and offer tea and coffee.
