Bonjour, nos services desservent St Pancras, nous opérons normalement. Kings Cross n'a rien à voir avec Eurostar.

We're sorry to hear that Praveen. This isn't your fault but there is a cut off for boarding to ensure that the train can leave on time, or delays may compound. If you boarded the 15:13, this actually left slightly late due to a technical fault, not due to late running passengers.

Hi, yes you can use your Eurostar ticket to travel to Brussels Central from Midi (3 minutes on the train or 13 minute walk). Please note Eurostar tickets are not valid on the tram or Brussels metro, only on local trains. You can check train times here:

Hi, we're sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience. We're not sure what happened based solely on this info, but can confirm the ticket gates close 30 mins before departure in line with the Conditions of Carriage. Anyone not passed through in time will not be able to board.

Hi Laura, if you happen to be travelling on train 9039 then this had a technical fault which we are informed has now been solved, so it should be leaving shortly.

Hi Sam, Ebbsfleet have not advised us of this having been found, however if you are coming back to Ebbsfleet station on the return, then we advise speaking to staff there when you disembark.

If they have no stamp, a written annotation of the delay will do just fine - it's mainly to have some record to indicate that the TGV train was delayed. We will in any case also add a note to your booking, should the Train Manager also not have a pen... Can you DM us your ref?

Hi Anne, sorry to hear that. Yes there are later trains (the 19:13 and 20:13) which will be possible for you to take. Please get a stamped confirmation of the delay from the Train Manager on your TGV from La Rochelle & show to Eurostar staff when you arrive to be reaccommodated.

Hi Laura, glad to hear check in has gone smoothly. It's about 29 degrees in Paris today so a fairly hot one, the air con systems are doing their best to cool things down, when you board the train this should be quite cool as well.

Sorry for the typo in your name by the way, Georgia. Can you let us know which coach you are currently in? We'll message the Train Manager about it.

Hi Georgie, we're very sorry to hear you've had problems with the seating. Do your current tickets have seat numbers assigned? We recommend speaking with the Train Manager on board, who will do their best to find a solution to whatever has caused this issue for you.

We're glad to hear you're now en route. Your train had developed a technical issue which meant it was unable to pass through the Eurotunnel safely and so wasn't able to continue its journey and needed to be replaced. We hope this helps to explain things.

Hi Alex, you would have to contact the UK rail operator, please take a look here; Links for the operators are in the section 'Travelling to London via Kings Cross or St Pancras from 24 to 26 August 2019?'. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Hello, the replacement train is expected to leave 90 minutes late, compared with the usual departure time of 9023. We don't have an eta for St Pancras yet, but you should keep an eye here for updates; Many thanks.
