Not that bad. IA02 contains Cedar Rapids, second largest city in the state and Iowa City, home of the University of Iowa. As far as Iowa goes it's a decently blue seat, but you still need a good candidate to win it.

Meh, its the safest D seat in the state in a presidential election year when D's should have the advantage. In theory, should be the perfect time to get a new incumbent in there who can hold it easily for another decade or so.

Cedar Rapids is in the 1st District. Davenport and Iowa City are the major cities in the 2nd District.
