Busy day! Lots of editing this morning and a shoot tomorrow I have to get ready for tonight. I have the 300d with the awesome Light Dome flying in with my new boom arm. Works great! Nice to get that stand out of the way and the light where I want it

That sure would be great. I used to use them more but seem to get by with a 4 or 6 stop and ride ISO more. Camera ISO is so much better now it's safe to boost it up when the ND is a little strong.

The flaring/hazing is pretty bad with variable ND's outside in the sun. I have to really pay attention to it or it will ruin shots.

Of course, but it will be expensive and rigging is needed.

(the law of) diminishing returns phrase of diminish 1. used to refer to a point at which the level of profits or benefits gained is less than the amount of money or energy invested. I think we all need to "think" about this more.

Went down that road as well. My Canon copy AF with MC11 & Metabones is really bad on alpha cams. Wish it worked better. Not sure if the new model is better. Would like to try it.

Not having the trigger or joystick would make the gimbal somewhat limiting. I doubt a 3rd party could integrate that in a 2-handed system.

Resolve. So many new features in V15 worth investing time in. Premiere Pro? Nothing exciting unless you enjoy the true delight of experiencing crashing 🤣
