Yesterday I booked my flight for my staff mobility between and the IMLR in London later this month. While I'm extremely excited, I can only hope that it won't be the last exchange under Erasmus+ as the UK's future participation in the scheme is unclear

I am not sure about the status of Erasmus after yesterday's proceedings in Parliament. But I tend to think that not enshrining this kind of cooperation in law makes it easier to get rid of. If so I was sadly prescient here

This day 82 years ago – 29 December 1937 - the Constitution of Ireland came into force, after a plebiscite in which 56.5% of voters approved of it. It repealed the Irish Free State Constitution, establishing the “name of the State is Éire, or, in the English language, Ireland.”
