🙌🏽 Chickpeas/hummus and refried beans are 2 things always in my house; it’s helpful they’re easy to stow. The fiber can be tough on strictures/peristalsis, BUT not having big solid chunk pieces of contents is better for strictures in regards for [my] partial obstructions.

Unfortunately we see PG in community & forums. These are suffering & pain is unimaginable. I’m glad to see topic addressed a bit more. Getting a good seal is tough. If PG appears at 1 stoma site, will it appear if stoma is resited?
