hay meadows that support many food chains, biodiversity at its best, cannot understand why sileage grass is allowed in systems, what about the poor curlew back on the red list, are promoting good practice but sileage must be discouraged or we lose habitat

Raw full fat organic milk is amazing to help drop blood sugars. The perfect way is to make raw kefir at home. Kefir is proving to be better to help diabetics with blood sugar levels than Metformin!! is right! For - full fat, raw cows milk!

The top pic shows just how important hay meadows and hedges are to biodiversity, the bottom is more representative of silage grass and intensive farming - this is why it’s important to choose meat and dairy. Don’t support farm systems that don’t support nature

My poor mum, in her 80th year, has managed to get knocked over by a pig & has broken her leg! She shouldn't have been there in the 1st place- in her head she is still in her 20's! Thank you to my sister for helping look after her- and dad! (He is lost without mum!) 🤦‍♀️

True, pasteurised kefir will not drop blood sugars anywhere near as quickly. Reason 9: helps against eczema 10: It tastes fantastic! 🙂

She cited recent German report which found 57 pesticides in one bee.”What we don’t know is what is the effect of that combination? We have only recently discovered that fungicides&pesticides together make it even more damaging for bees.

Good to freeze. As it thaws out it just needs a few shakes in the bottle 👍
